Become a trusted voice of awareness, compassion, and support.

Financial Stress & Mental Health is a guided, instructor-led learning experience designed for individuals who want to show up more confidently and safely in conversations about financial stress and its impact on mental health. This course focuses on building awareness, reducing stigma, and strengthening practical communication skills applicable in real-world settings.

Throughout the program, participants develop a deeper understanding of how financial stress functions as a chronic psychological threat, affecting mood, behavior, sleep, decision-making, work performance, and relationships. The course emphasizes early recognition of stress signals, psychologically safe conversations, and appropriate support and referral pathways, without asking participants to diagnose, fix, or provide financial advice.

This is not therapy, financial advice, or training. Instead, it is an applied awareness program that helps participants notice signs of distress, respond with empathy and clarity, and connect people to the right mental health and financial professionals at the right time.

This course is ideal for individuals seeking both personal insight and practical application within a supportive, structured learning environment. Whether used for professional development, workplace training, or community education, participants leave with greater confidence, clearer boundaries, and language they can use immediately.
