Knock It Off: Be Nice to Yourself

Let’s be honest: the world is hard enough without the added weight of your own inner critic. This course is your invitation to stop the cycle of self-sabotage and start showing up for yourself with the same care and compassion you give others. You won’t find fluff here — no toxic positivity or “just think happy thoughts” nonsense. Instead, you’ll gain real tools to shift your mindset, handle emotional setbacks, and build the kind of confidence that sticks.

This course is a wake-up call to stop being your own worst enemy and start building a life rooted in self-respect, resilience, and emotional clarity. “Knock It Off: Be Nice to Yourself” is not about fluffy self-care or perfection. It’s a practical, heartfelt guide to shifting your inner dialogue, managing emotional pain, and building real confidence — moment by moment.

Through four transformative lessons, you’ll learn how to:

  • Recognize and reframe destructive self-talk

  • Create a personalized Emotional First Aid Kit

  • Build everyday confidence through small courageous actions

  • Design rituals and boundaries that foster lasting inner peace

Each section includes real-world tools, mindfulness exercises, and reflective assignments designed to help you build momentum and treat yourself like someone worth fighting for.

Whether you’re burned out, overwhelmed, or simply tired of your own inner critic, this course offers a reset — not with pressure, but with compassion.

Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone who struggles with self-criticism, burnout, or emotional overwhelm — and wants practical tools to build self-compassion, confidence, and calm. Whether you're a high achiever stuck in negative self-talk or someone simply ready to feel more grounded, this course meets you where you are.
How long does the course take to complete?
The course takes about 7–8 hours total. It’s self-paced, so you can complete it in a few focused days or spread it out over 4 weeks. Each section includes short readings, exercises, and reflection prompts designed to fit into real life.

Do I need any special materials or apps?
Nope. All you need is a notebook, a pen, and a willingness to be honest with yourself. Optional: a folder or box for your Emotional First Aid Kit, and access to music, calming objects, or digital tools that bring you comfort.
Is this course therapy or a replacement for mental health treatment?
No — this course is not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health care. It's a personal growth tool designed to build awareness, emotional resilience, and daily coping strategies. If you're struggling with serious emotional distress, this course can complement—but not replace—professional help.

What will I walk away with at the end of the course?
You’ll finish with:

A complete Emotional First Aid Kit tailored to your needs

A clearer, kinder internal dialogue
