Because Less than 50% of veterans in need of mental health services receive them.
At Mental Health Code, we believe healing happens through connection, access, and community. That’s why we provide compassionate, real-world mental health education through expert-led training, self-guided resources, and community-based programs designed to support you through life’s challenges.
As part of our commitment to expanding access to care, we also lead and support charitable initiatives that bring mental health education and resources to underserved communities. Through our partnership with IFERS, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are able to extend our impact and reach more individuals, families, and organizations in meaningful ways.
Your mental health journey deserves more than quick fixes. It deserves connection, practical tools that truly help, and a community that cares. We are here to walk alongside you, every step of the way.
Expert-led and self-guided mental health courses designed to educate, empower, and build emotional resilience. Our training blends evidence-based strategies with real-world tools to help individuals, teams, and communities better understand and support mental wellness at home, at work, and beyond. Through our charitable initiatives and partnership with IFERS, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we also expand access to these resources for underserved communities.
Peer-informed programs supporting those who have served by training veterans to care for the mental health of fellow veterans. Our trauma-aware curriculum equips participants with tools to recognize emotional distress, foster connection, and lead with empathy, strengthening bonds and improving outcomes across veteran communities. These programs are part of our broader commitment to delivering accessible, community-based mental health education through our charitable work.
Trauma-responsive support delivered in the wake of natural disasters. From emergency deployments to long-term recovery, we provide on-the-ground care, emotional regulation tools, and child-centered healing programs that restore safety, trust, and connection when families need it most. These efforts are supported through our charitable initiatives, allowing us to reach communities during times of urgent need.
Community-centered healing for those affected by the LA fires. In partnership with Pasadena PAL, we offer therapy dog visits, creative workshops, and mental health training to help children, caregivers, and first responders process trauma, build resilience, and reconnect with stability and hope. This work reflects our mission to expand access to care through partnerships and community-driven programs.
