That’s perfectly fine. This course is accessible to all learners—no background in psychology is required. Lessons are written in clear, compassionate language with step-by-step guidance.
3. Is this course a substitute for therapy?

  • 72-Hour Notice Required: Rescheduling is available only for cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled session.
