Over eight guided weeks, you will be supported in developing a deeper understanding of mental well-being, learning how to respond thoughtfully to challenges, and strengthening your ability to support others in everyday and high-impact moments. The program blends education, reflection, and real-world application in a way that feels human, practical, and empowering.
Each live session builds on the last, helping you grow from awareness into action, while staying grounded in empathy, respect, and care. You will be guided by an experienced instructor in a supportive group setting where learning is collaborative and engaging.
🗓️ Your instructor will coordinate your group’s schedule and provide a unique access link for each weekly session. Live participation is encouraged to get the most from the experience, with flexibility offered when possible.
🧾 Upon completion, you will receive a certificate recognizing you as a trained Mental Health Advocate.
