This course is designed to be completed in 10–14 hours at your own pace. You’re encouraged to spend extra time on personal reflections and applying the lessons in real life to get the most benefit.
2. Do I need to have previous knowledge of psychology or mental health to take this course?
No prior experience is required. This course is beginner-friendly and written in clear, supportive language that’s accessible to all learners.
3. What if I don’t know my attachment style?
That’s okay! One of the goals of this course is to help you discover and understand your attachment style through guided reflection, quizzes, and activities.

Reschedule Policy

  • Sessions may be rescheduled to the next available session of equal or lesser value

  • Requests must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled session

  • Rescheduling requests can be submitted through your booking confirmation or by contacting our team

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are not eligible for rescheduling

  • Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited
